Michael Boll talks with Kathy Gordon about flipping the classroom.   Kathy is a Math Teacher at Concordia International School Shanghai.

Kathy has been flipping her High School Math class for a couple of years and is enjoying the benefits of it.  She find it is a great opportunity for her and her students.  Kathy discusses the flipped classroom model, how it works, what it means and how she has changed it over the years.
